Iowa Learning Online Report Card

Started in 2004, Iowa Learning Online (ILO) is an initiative of the Iowa Department of Education. ILO provides distance education to high school students across the state. The Internet as well as the Iowa Communications Network (ICN) video classrooms are utilized to deliver distance education to students of different academic backgrounds: struggling learners to advanced placement students.
