Connections online academy builds a strong support network between school staff, the local school district and parents in order to support the student throughout the program. The debate on the importance and value of standardized test scores has raged across the country for the better part of the decade. On one hand, a standardized test is one of the easiest and simplest ways to compare and contrast the success of students in certain schools and school districts. On the other hand, some students’ academic abilities do not shine through on tests. Here at OnlineSchools.com, we see the validity in both arguments, which is why we chose to present test data for each school without any editorial comment. Understand that test scores can be a useful indicator of a successful school, but they are not the only indicator. Also please note that each state offers slightly different types and versions of these standardized tests, so comparing test results from one state to results from another isn’t informative, or fair.
